Coffee Tour: bradbury's
One of my favorite activities is to try different coffee shops wherever I go. Thankfully, Madison has dozens of great locally-owned cafe's to try.
Bradbury's is by far one of my favorite places in Madison. I always dream of turning their storefront into a light, airy loft-style home each time I grab a latte and crepe.
Their beans are procured from a few rotating roasters, yet the typically have two of my favorite Wisconsin coffee roasters' beans. On more than one occasion, I've come home with a bag of either Ruby Coffee Roasters or Kickapoo Coffee Roasters beans for a dose of early morning caffeine at home.
When perusing their hand written chalkboard menu, I tend to determine which crepe I will order before I settle in on what I want to drink. I always order one of the sweet crepes, with the cinnamon + sugar topping my list of favorites. When it comes to coffee, I mostly order honey lattes, pausing from my routine infrequently to get a french press.
You can see my pile of notebooks and books in the small table furthest away from where I took this photo. I've spent hours at that table writing, reading, and dreaming of my life in Madison. I look forward to the future hours I'll spend in that same location in the coming years.
